Our work

Things can feel
different from here.

You might need to talk, make a difficult decision, or change something that keeps happening. You don’t have to work it all out alone.

Find a place to begin
For you. For your working life.
For the people you bring together.

A little space can open up a lot.

Does any of this feel familiar?

Start with what’s bothering you.

You don’t need the right words.
These are good enough.

When your mind won’t let it go
“I keep thinking about it. I still don’t know what to do.”
“I know what I need to do. Why can’t I just do it?”

There is a way to begin. Talk it through, see what is getting in the way and find one step that feels possible.

When you are carrying too much
“Work is getting to me—even after I come home.”
“I’m there for everyone. But who do I talk to?”

You can put some of it down here. Speak freely about the people, pressure or decisions you have been carrying alone.

When something needs to change
“I don’t want to feel like this forever.”
“I want things to be better for my team, too.”

Things can move from here. Begin with what feels hardest now, for yourself or for the people you work with.

Stories from our work

What changed along the way.

Different starting points. Time to work things through. Decisions that felt like their own.

01 · A different working life

He wanted more from work. But could he afford the change?

Leaving a regular job raised questions about money, family responsibilities and what other people would think.

Where he is today

Founder of two startups, exploring new technologies—with more time for family, hobbies and himself.

Making the uncertainty more manageable

Over six months of regular coaching, we worked through one concern at a time. Between sessions, he mapped the costs of the life he wanted—including family needs, travel and possible health expenses.

He examined what he already had, where the gaps were and what he would need to put in place before leaving. Each conversation led to practical steps he could work on before we met again.

Making room for his own choice

Alongside that planning, we explored whose opinions mattered to him and how he wanted to handle others’ expectations.

He took the break and explored what he wanted from life. Today, he looks back with gratitude for having given himself that opportunity.

From worrying about an uncertain future to making a considered choice and preparing for it.

02 · A career choice

Was it the wrong career? Or a choice that never felt like theirs?

A young adult felt caught between continuing on a path chosen by family and starting all over again.

What changed

They chose a path they felt happy with—and could recognise the decision as their own.

Getting to know what they wanted

Over several months, we explored their interests, what they wanted from life and what made it difficult to trust their own decisions.

They had space to examine the career itself, alongside their feelings about how it had been chosen.

Seeing the choice differently

Gradually, they recognised that part of their resistance came from feeling the choice had been imposed on them. Exploring it for themselves helped them decide which path they wanted to follow.

They became more confident in their choices and felt happy with the decision they made.

From feeling stuck with someone else’s decision to feeling confident in their own.
